On June 29, the Pavillon am See in Weggis hosted “Summer, Lake & Music”, a concert featuring students from the HSLU-Musik. The program included chamber music, opera excerpts, flute pieces, brass ensembles, and piano solos.

As part of the NOW! series, the event was free and open to the public, attracting both passersby and classical music fans. Set against the backdrop of Lake Lucerne, the performance blended music with the  sounds of nature.

A special feature of the afternoon was the Open Piano: a grand piano was made available to the public under the slogan “Feel like Rachmaninoff!”. Visitors were invited to play a piece, improvise, or simply try out the instrument — all with the stunning view of the lake in the background. Everyone was welcome to participate, creating a relaxed and inclusive musical atmosphere.
